Press Start have been providing our IT support for seven years during which time our business has increased in size by 50%. Press Start have always been immediate in their response and whatever requests we have made, they have always researched and supplied us with the required information with alacrity.  We feel confident that we are covered in terms of back up and defence against intruders, and should any glitches arise we know there is someone on the end of the phone who will instantly check out the situation remotely and be on their way onsite if necessary within minutes.

The most telling thing about Press Start's support is that we hardly know it is there; it is a rare day that we need to call them and they are always professional and efficient when solving problems and quickly informing us of any upcoming issues.  We would thoroughly reccommend Press Start for any business that requires a professional, yet personal, service in its IT requirements.

I am very pleased with the new equipment and network setup.  I and my colleagues found the installation quite painless and the engineers very competent, freindly and professional.  I have experienced several other software and hardware installations and upgrades and was not looking forward to this but I was very pleasantly surprised and would have no hesitation in recommending Press Start to any prospective clients.
