Core Value Awards

Our continuous development of our staff has taken another step up in 2022 as we kicked off this year with the launch of our Core Values awards. At our most recent Quarterly Company Update meeting we handed out these Core Values awards for the first time.

Selected by the leadership team, these were won by Matthew, Ryan, Gareth and Nik, respectively, for best demonstrating the behaviours of our Core values in the last quarter. During the current quarter they will now decide who they feel are the worthy successors of the glass trophies that for now have pride of place on their desks.

The Core Values of a company is its culture and culture is what happens when the Managing Director is not in the room. Our Core Values are at the heart of our business development plan and are even used as part of our staff recruitment process. Our four Core Values are:

  • Accountability – Being obliged to answer for ones owns actions and outcomes of those actions.
  • Reputation – Considers the impact of actions on the company and personal character.
  • Integrity – Consistency in character and behaviour no matter ones location or company.
  • People First – You pay regard to colleagues and customers well-being, feelings, and success.
